HORRIBLE Customer Service I visited this dealership twice and found the staff to be obnoxious and contrary to Lexus Customer Service, their Customer Service was extremely poor. Definitely need to work on it. I also visited Don Valley North Lexus, and their customer service was excellent.

Horrible service!! Horrible attitude!! I wanted to get pre-owned Lexus RX 350 and went to Richmond Hill to check on prices. My salesperson was Brian Lee. Right at the beginning, he asked whether we were ACTUALLY GOING TO BUY A CAR OR JUST BROWSING! I found that a bit rude but still decided to deal with him. Used Car Sales Tactics This dealer plays games to make you chase after them and drive up their profits. Once you reach out to them, they will ignore your calls, take hours or days to reply, talk to their "manager", and try to lure you into the dealership for a test drive. Once you are on their turf you'll be on the receiving end of all the classic tricks of the "used car" sales game. Search online and you'll find similar horrible experiences. Buyer beware of this dealer.
I visited THIS dealership in early april. My visit was based on 2 vehicles that I found within the autotrader that were listed as at Lexus of Richmond Hill in Ontario. I live in Brampton Ontario so it was approx a 40 min commute to this dealership. When I first arrived at this dealership I waited in the showroom for 5 mins or so browsing a few of the new vehicles.
