Very bad buying experience. Salesperson had minimal knowledge about the car.upsell lot of things. Will never buy another car from them.

🚨 Lexus failed me — this car is a lemon. 🚨 While driving 70 km/h during rush hour, my Lexus stopped in traffic with no warning. Police had to escort me off the road. Lexus refused to send a loaner or even an Uber — because I was “too close to home” (under 80km). This car already had major wiring issues (caused by rodents due to soy insulation), and now it’s putting my safety at risk again.

Extremely Disappointed with Lexus and the Dealership’s Lack of Responsibility I’m shocked by how poorly Lexus handled a serious and dangerous situation. While driving at 70 km/h on a major road, my Lexus suddenly stopped in the middle of traffic — no warning, no control, just the hazard lights flashing. Other drivers nearly crashed into me. They are worst in customer service . My car has issue and for battery is almost three weeks I am waiting and no one take any responsibility . They didn’t offer any car instead till the time I asked for that . Never back to this branch . Carolina everyday say something new about the issue . Worst customer so far

Recently had a service in RH Lexus. Service advisor gave misleading information and forced to replace a part, which otherwise would have gone for another year.

I took my NX for service to this dealership where I purchased it new. I have been there more than 10 times thanks to outsourcing quality of Lexus Canada factory who built this model. This dealership do not solve the service issues 100% and there is always something is left undone or there is something new with car when it is picked up after each service. The most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication and follow ups- regarding any updates with our car that was taken in for repairs about 8 months ago. They provided assurances but failed to deliver on their promises, leaving me to cover additional rental expenses out of pocket. I hope they improve their procedures to provide better support and communication to customers in similar situations in the future.

Their support is so poor, I got a 2023 Rx hybrid and every day due to engine alarm or other issues I have to go to the dealership and again when I get my car the same issue pop up. They are not responding properly. I am totally disappointed from them.

Beware of their attempts to try and extract unnecessary service fees if you plan to buy out your lease. They continously tried to tell me that the safety on the car I was buying had to be done with them. That was completely false and shameful on their part. It took me an extra two weeks of back and forth before they relented and agreed that I was right.

Terrible service. Oil change takes them to do for 5 hours. Do not go there
