First Free 1800km checkup distaster for 2017 RX350 My brand new 2017 RX350 not only had to be brought in for the first FREE 1800km check up, it also had a warning light on that the engine did malfunction. Beware - I was completely Scammed by KUMAR and the rest I want to first mention that we tried to deal with this situation prior to writing this review. We purchased a 2015 black Lexus RX350 from Kumar a few months ago. As the car had a few insurance claims on it I asked some specific questions. Watch out, very dishonest, typical car salesman ! I got on the phone with a sales person called Rod or Ron... Unfortunately, one of my worst experiences as a buyer and consumer in my life! He would take a deposit to book the vehicle, but after I drive 500 kms each way from and back to Montreal (total 1,000 kms), if there is a problem on it, he would not refund the deposit. Worst car dealership ever If you want to come and take a look at the cars, you are fine. But if you would like to buy frome them I guess no one want to sell you. Awful service and customer service. Couple years ago I wanted to get a car for myself and it was the same story. This time I wanted to buy RX for my wife and got the same service. End up buying at Infiniti willow dale and very happy.
SAFETY HAZARD, DISREPAIR, FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT LEMON used is 250 sold and FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT of disrepair attempted by used car sales -ROBBIE and management at this location - KASRA MOUSAVI, DANIEL PARK and MIKE MAGLIO. Customer service nightmare I don't know where to start. I can't believe I am at the bus stop trying to get home because customer service was unable to figure out when someone would be around to shuttle me. And she was not even nice about it. Then there was the sales guy who lied to us on our options related to our lease just to try to sell us another car. The story does not end there...
dishonest practice This dealer promises one thing on the phone and then when you go there they do not honor their promise. They play games with you. Very dishonest indeed.
If buying new, stay away!! Bought a brand new IS 2016. Car had paint manufacturer defects, dealer refused to exchange the car. Replaced one body part after another amongst many other problems. Will not be keeping the car after lease.
Don't follow up with customer.. definitely not recommand..
