Excellent service from luiza We decided to lease a new vehicle one week ago. With a list of different dealers( Lexus, bow, Audi,Benz...) to visit in the pocket and we first walked into Lexus Richmond Hill. luiza was the sales rep who assisted U.S. and provided us a drive test. Excellent Service Excellent service from Vahid TK. The first day we walked into the dealership he welcomed us and showed us few cars. Excellent and comfortable experience in purchasing parts I usually went to other Lexus dealerships to purchase parts and for service. I thought I should give a try this dealership at Richmond Hill. My experience with Omar Saeed was great. Omar greeted me and immediately made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was very comfortable. Next day I went back to purchase a battery for other Lexus car.
Car Maintenance This being my first Lexus, I was very impressed with the way everyone at the Dealership looked after me. !!! My car was taken on time. I was given a rental to drive home and come back. Everything was explained clearly to me. All in all a nice experience!!!
