It was exciting getting my first lexus vehicle My overall experience at lexus of London was excellent. I was greeted in a friendly and curtious manner. They had my new vehicle ready for me on time and guided me through the instrument panel and their functions. Great experience with executive package I recently purchased the executive package to give my NX a freshening up. When I got it back it looked amazing. It looked as it did when I bought it. They got the salt stains out of the carpet and clean the interior beautifully. Will definitely be taking it back there again

Exceptional customer experience! Service starts once you drive into the service bay, your not even out your car door & someone is right there. A great start to an exceptional experience. Everyone is professional, courteous, friendly & customer focused, they just can't do enough for you. I was kept informed on the progress of my service, continued commitment. Buying My First New Car Working with Sue was an incredible experience. I walked into Lexus not knowing if I would be able to walk away with my dream car, however, Sue made it possible. Being a new university graduate and just starting out my first job, I knew it would be difficult.
