Great experience and professional staff! I must say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Stephanie Shearsby as I just purchased a 2017 Rx350. Stephanie was very professional and transparent through out the process. She helped me get a great deal on the suv and I couldn't be happier. She provided a great presentation of the car, explained all the paperwork thoroughly, and kept me updated on the car delivery. highly commend you to contact her if you were thinking of buying a Lexus!

Seamless purchase from start to finish! We emailed Stephanie about a Lexus 350RX we had seen online. She met us at the dealership and after a test drive, we made the purchase. Stephanie was professional, knowledgeable and personable. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just the facts. She and Lauren made a special trip to deliver the car to my home. This is my 3rd Toyota and Lexus purchase, but the first from Lexus of London. I would definitely deal with Stephanie again.

No pressure sales The experience we had at Lexus of London was one both my wife and I enjoyed. Our sales person was Stephanie Shearsby and she provided us with all the information we needed, without the pressure tactics one associates with car sales. Great experience with lexus of London Great experience with the dealership, got the enthusiastic reception all the time.
