Friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help Stephanie responded to our Lexus "on-line" query almost immediately. She arranged for us to test drive an NX300h which we ultimately brought home. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She provided us with options and gave us the time to make a decision.
