Great experience I was in the market for a used hybrid in London and came to Lexus of London because of an autotrader ad. I didn't expect much to come of it, but they had a perfect car for me within my price range that was priced competitively for the market. The salesman, Rick, was fantastic and never pressured me. He kept up constant communication to make sure I got the car and deal that worked for me! Wonderful experience at Lexus Have been to Audi 2 weeks ago but finally became a Lexus driver because of Jack who saved me a lot of time and money. It was a wonderful experience and I guess I will stay with Lexus 3 years later.
