Exceptional Customer Service My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned 2014 Rav4 XLE AWD. The car had 26,000 kilometres and was delivered to us in showroom condition. It's like new. I have never had such smooth dealings with any dealership in my life. Many thanks to Moe, Rick and David in sales for looking after us and to Mikki and Patrick in service for making sure the car was up to par. Everything works beautifully!

I had another great experience at Ken Shaw. Last week, I dropped by the body shop 10 minutes before closing time. The manager, John Bennett was extremely professional and listened to me patiently about my concerns. I had no appointment, however John took the time to look at my car window. Excellent customer service each and every time I had my 2007 Toyota Corolla serviced last week. My service rep Teresa welcomed me in her usual warm and friendly manner. It's a great feeling when your dealership service rep recognizes your face right away even though I only go in for a service 1-2 times a year. excellent as usual Very informative, reliable, dependable...you can tell it is a family run business, it feels like dealing with family. 2nd car at Ken Shaw Toyota. Never easy to have to buy a new car when old one was written off by insurance. But looking back, my wife was able to walk away and be able to select new car. Says something for the safety features. She wanted her Matrix back, but the iM is a great replacement. She is loving it!

Happy customer I was fortunate to have a traumatic experience turned around with the service of Ken Shaw representative. I was involved in a car accident that totalled my Corolla. I was very pleased with my Corolla but I told my representative what had happened and needed a replacement. I told him to look for some options for me.
