Professional service throughout. I am very happy with this dealership. They take their time to help and provide all the information that is asked for. It is easy to make an appointment and they provide a shuttle service.

Friendly and helpful! Everyone at Ken Shaw Toyota is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Between the parts department helping me get the right winter rims for my car and Sandra being so lovely as the shuttle driver (even when we had to go back because I left my keys in my car!) I would absolutely recommend Ken Shaw to anyone

Excellence in service I have been a customer of Ken Shaw for over 25 years. The reason for this loyalty is simple - and yet so rare - excellent service. Awesome, easy, friendly, no-pressure experience. I visited Ken Shaw Toyota with my mum to look for a new car for her. We had had poor experiences with dealerships in the past where their reps were either too pushy, or borderline disinterested once they realized we weren't searching for a top of the line model. Exceptional service I set up to schedule an appointment for battery service on my car. I received a reply right away that an appointment would be available in a few days however the kind lady relied since it was unsafe to drive my car with low battery I could bring it in today! The service was fast and courteous and the staff were polite and friendly. The service was fast and exceptional. I will now be servicing my car here in the future. Thank you!

Great service overall I had no but compliments so far. Dealership succeeds in providing exceptional service at all levels. Improvement reconstruction, building and adaptation to the Ken Shaw Toyota space haven't decrease value of the service towards customers.

A Good Experience After 20 Years I bought my first car in 20 years from Ken Shaw Toyota. I am very pleased with the consideration given by Mr. Ernie Wiesel who looked after all of my concerns with aplomb and good nature. I drove off very happily with my 2013 Matrix.
