My second purchase here ! I first bought a Toyota Avalon here in 2000. Now in 2016 I came back and bought a RAV 4. I returned because I always feel comfortable with the Ken Shaw team. I knew that the sale would be stress free and fast. Toyota vehicles seem to last a long time, and that's the only reason that it will be a while before my next purchase ! LOL. Was hoping it would be this easy Overall great experience with the purchase of new Camry. Chris Jones was a class act all around from start to finish. He was very transparent, patient and made for a calm enjoyable purchase in all aspects. I'm familiar with this family run business as I also have an older modelled Highlander serviced here. It's hard to compare the customer service and convenience dealing with them.

RAV4 leasing Will Erichsen was fantastic. I felt so comfortable during my experience at Ken Shaw. He pays attention to detail and was very thourough. Best customer service I've received by far, would definitely recommend dealing with him when purchasing/leasing a vehicle.
