service excellence I have been servicing my vehicle at Ken Shaw Toyota Scion for 6 years now. The environment is friendly and the service advisors are very knowledgeable. The required work is always done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ken Shaw Toyota.

Great Experience @ Ken Shaw Toyota Scion I am new to Toyota, having always owned a competitor's brand car. I went to the dealer at Ken Shaw on St. Clair Av. W, near Runnymede. Excellent service representative. My father was very happy with his car purchase and service from Ken Shaw Toyota 17 years ago. So when I was shopping for a new car, he suggested that I buy a Toyota from them too. So I did. Now 16 years later, it was time for me to buy a new one! Excellent service I contacted the dealership in regards to a credit that was on file the night manager Nelson was quick to make sure it was applied onto the account. My appointment was reschedule to accommodate a change in my schedule. I was told it would be two hours and in exactly that time I was called at home and a shuttle was at my door in under five minutes. Satisfied with second new car purchase from Ken Shaw Toyota Summary: I highly recommend Ken Shaw Toyota to anyone looking for a new car. I would prefer to rate Ken Shaw Toyota at 4.5 stars, but half star ratings aren't possible on this site. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience buying my second new car from Ken Shaw Toyota. Stress-free purchase of a new car! I recently purchased a new car from Ken Shaw. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness. No question was too insignificant to answer and they worked to ensure my satisfaction with my purchase. Friendly and knowledgeable service The service here was great. The staff here made purchasing a new car easy and stress free. The friendly sales team did not try to pressure us into putting our signature on the line until we were fully confident about our choice of vehicle, unlike some of the other competitor dealerships we visited. They were happy to answer all out questions, and skillfully handled some unexpected issues that arose with our trade in and vehicle registration. I highly recommend Ken Shaw Toyota Lexus Scion.
