Always great service! I've never taken my Corolla anywhere else for service - not ever. I receive excellent service from a great crew. The front desk staff have always treated me like visiting royalty. Even though I don't actually interact with the service mechanics, my car runs like a charm so they obviously do a great job. Last spring, Nelson Verissimo got me a great deal on new tires. As long as I own the car, I'll bring it here for service.

Super Service I bought my RAV4 at Ken Shaw Toyota 6 years ago and have had it serviced there on a regular basis ever since. The service is always friendly and efficient, and I like the fact that no appointment is required for simple procedures. While the work is being done on my vehicle, I usually wait with a coffee and a newspaper in their comfortable cafeteria. Over the years, service employees have often gone out of their way to be helpful and some have become friends.

Feel like at home We are very pleased to find such a good service for our Toyota cars in Toronto. Since the first time we contacted Ken Shaw Toyota Scion, we have received very good service. Excellence in Client Service, and Repair Both departments have been extraordinary today. Fixing without charge some small things, but also reassuring me about my brakes which a tire place had said needed total replacement. John Bennett and his team in the Repair Dept. and Al Laurence in Service should be proud of the quality of their staff and the help they give to their customers. Great Custumer Service We purchased our Toyota at this location after visiting couple others. Sales person at this location was the only one who did not rush through the selection process and had tons of patience to answer all our question, and we had plenty. When time came to pick up our vehicle, he also spend a lot of time to explain all features that were new to us. Thank You Michael.

Excellent Service The staff at the dealership was courteous and very friendly. Took my car in for a maintenance service and my vehicle was serviced within the time specified. The extra service that was needed on my vehicle was explained to me.

A surprise when purchasing winter tires for my Sienna I decided that our trips through the Pennsylvania Mountains and Ontario required proper winter tires. Since we shop at Costco we checked prices, availability and installation procedures. Costco did not have the tires in stock for the next several weeks and we would have had to take our chances going to the store to see if they could fit us in that day, they do not give appointments. Consistently good service I have been a customer of Ken Shaw for 12 years . In that time i have had purchased 2 new cars from them and have had 4 cars serviced by them. Never had a negative experience. A couple of years ago my new Camry was destroyed in a flood. One phone call to Joe and the process of replacing it was taken care of.
