BlackFridaySale Wandered into the dealership and found Will Erichsen there ready to help me in my hybrid rav4 questions. There was one hybrid right on the showroom floor which struck my interest. Within days, I was driving that new rav4Hybrid. My previous 1997 rav4 was also from KenShaw and the decades of service is what kept that vehicle safe and road worthy. The service dept. hours after 6pm until midnight is great for those who have no time in the day.

An Amazing experience for first time buyers! Thank you Ken Shaw for having Will Erichsen! After going to 4 different dealerships it was a breath of fresh air meeting Will. He was amazing, helpful, explained everything, answered every question, funny, friendly, professional and the best part, NOT pushy. We could not have had a better time or a better experience when it came to buying our first car. Sorry for putting you through the ringer, Will. You were amazing!

amazing product and service! Thank you Tony Lawrence! I wasn’t planning to lease a vehicle, however once I test drove the 2017 Corolla iM, I immediately knew I would be leaving the Ken Shaw dealership with an amazing new car. A happy repeat customer Having bought my previous cars at Ken Shaw's, I recently purchased a new Corolla with the excellent assistance of salesman, Will Erichsen. He was never pushy (hooray!) and was always amazingly patient. Very professional, with a a friendly, welcoming manner, he went out of his way to help me with my questions. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently bought used toyota sienna 2012 SE from ken shaw toyota. just went there to visit ,and ended up in buying my new van all because of nice service provided by Anwar kamran(salesperson) from kenshaw. He is not pushy or tries to sell you something you don't need. Exceptional service Teresa Milewska was so outstanding in assisting me today with our Highlander with several problems that I thought it should be brought to the attention of Ken Shaw management. She was courteous, helpful positive and reassuring and made a stressful situation manageable. She had no knowledge I intended to write this note but she is worthy of your commendation.
