I've been very pleased with both sales and service personnel I returned to Ken Shaw for my second Toyota Corolla and was very pleased with the service in the sales and maintenance departments. I find the service department particularly convenient because of the shuttle. If its routine maintenance I often have a pleasant wait in the lounge, and if the service needs a longer time period, the shuttle to the subway is very helpful. The service personnel are always pleasant and helpful with any questions I might have.

First time Toyota owner. I don't have time to go from dealership to dealership, so most of my inquiries were done online. I reached out to several Toyota dealerships. But what attracted me to Ken Shaw Toyota was the promptness response I received. Personal Attention When it was time for me to buy a new car, I went to Ken Shaw Toyota. Best move for me! When I come in for any type of service, I get greeted by name by Teresa. I really appreciate this kind of personal attention. Recently, when things went amiss, I was helped out by Dave to the point that I knew all would be OK. Long-time Toyota owner Since 1973, I have owned 9 Toyotas ( 73 Corolla, 76 Corolla, 84 Camry, 87 Camry, 89 Tercel, 91 Previa, 97 Camry, 02 Sienna, 13 Sienna). All have been reliable. The 02 Sienna went 370,000 km before I reluctantly let it go. The Ken Shaw dealer has been as rock solid as the cars themselves.

Always professional It's always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Ken Shaw Toyota. I have always had my cars serviced at Toyota dealers, but started bringing my car to Ken Shaw due to the fact that my service manager/consultant, Dave Bates, moved to this location. The Best Dealership I purchased a new 2012 Highlander from Ken Shaw Motors after a total run around by Oakville Toyota where we had purchased two Toyota's previously. Quality and service over the years Ken Shaw has serviced our Lexus and Toyota vehicles for about 15 years. We can always tell the difference in the way our cars run after their service.
