Excellent service I don't generally fill out surveys but thought I'd just take the time here to say thank you to Will Erichsen, the salesperson who helped during my car shopping. It was a big decision for me so I took my time. I appreciated his professional manner and patience as I sat in the various vehicles and through all the test drives. Honest, professional, the best! I took my Toyota M which had numerous scratches to Ken Shaw Toyota, for a consultation and estimate on cost, based on one of my friends advise. I met with John, Body shop manager with no hassle, he inspected my car, and provided the best way to fix the problem with affordable cost. The level of work which was done on my car, courtesy and customer service by staff, manager and even shuttle service was beyond my expectation. The price was affordable, and worth every penny. #1, five stars!!

Simple - worth it Bought 2 cars, 2017 Corolla SE and 2018 Camry XSE from same dealer and same sales representative - Will Erichsen. 10/10 experience, negotiation was fast and reasonable. Excellent Customer Service We just purchased our first toyota corolla at the Ken Shaw Toyota Dealership on St. Clair Avenue! Our sales representative, Alex Del Rio, was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and had a sense of humour. We were not looking forward to the whole "shopping for a car experience" so we were pleasantly surprised how easy the process was. Looking forward to a long future with the Toyota family!
