I want to give 6 stars to Will!!! I contacted Ken Shaw because of the brand, the woman who answered the phone was friendly and transferred me to Will. #1 -- Will asked how he could help. After my lengthy introduction about my immediate need to replace my vehicle due to the accident/write-off... #2 - He probed to understand ALL of my needs BEFORE he presented options. Customer service Bought my highlander in 2013, delt with Tom Vu. He was a great person to deal with. Always making sure that the client came first. As for service and maintenance I always go back to the same location.

Knowledgeable, friendly and patient! Helder and Will made a great team in our purchase of a RAV4. We finalized all the details with Helder, much of it through email, as we requested. And then Will spent hours with us, patiently going through all the paperwork, and sitting in the car with us. He spent quite a lot of time with us, answering all our questions. Lovely working with him and Helder!

Ken Shaw Toyota saved the reputation of Toyota. My experience with Toyota Vehicles has been positive over the last 25 years. However, my fiancé and I walked into Don Valley Toyota on Steeles and Woodbine and attempted to buy a car. I must admit that I was dressed casually and suffer severe respiratory problems and my fiancé is a visible minority in Canada. A friendly and knowledgeable services. The location is being under renovation but the staff have made every effort to comfort the customer. My salesman (Tom Vu) was extreme helpful in every way to make our purchase a pleasant experience.
