Good first impression 8k service done. Even though they were expecting to only complete the standard service, they agreed to additional requests that would be covered under warranty. Reception area spotless. Complimentary breakfast and well stocked lounge was appreciated. Work was done in less time than predicted. Updated - Acceptable While the service provided while the car was in the shop was adequate, It took writing a scathing letter for a call to action. I love my Matrix and my next car will be a Toyota as well. Hopefully Ken Shaw can improve the customer service (online service center as well as internal customer service, to match the good quality of workmanship.
Outstanding Customer Service & Experience I was involved in an auto collision on Sep 29 (not at fault). Although my insurance company recommended that I take our Lexus RX 350 to their preferred auto body shop, I insisted on taking to Ken Shaw for repair for full peace of mind and I trusted Ken Shaw will restore my vehicle to pre-accident condition. I’ve experienced amazing!! I came to Ken Shaw to purchase an SUV but with a budget in mind. Tabish was honest, fair, diligent and far exceeded my expectations. Exceptional Yolano, and Ken Shaw employees as a whole, always exceed expectations. I recently purchased a 12 year old Lexus through Raymond Kan, and have had 10x the experience than I had buying a brand new exotic through another brand. Fair and honest salesman My cousin tried buying an IS 200 from Tabish Azadah. Although he did not get approved due to credit issues he had. The entire process was amazing, he answered all the questions we had and showed us a lot of features on the car that we did not even know of.
