excellent service Derek was very helpful in setting up my financing on a Sunday. The deal was finalized very quickly and easily. It was all handled in a very professional manner.
Prompt, thoughful I was very pleased with the car I purchased, and with the service. Ferdie was wonderful; very warm, friendly, had a good sense of humour, and made me feel like I was a priority. He was communicative; always answering phone calls and clarifying any concerns I had, plus he was true to his word: when he said he was going to get in touch regarding a certain detail, he did, and was very prompt about it. He also helped me find the car with all the features I was looking for. I am very satisfied. :-)
Helpful, friendly. Abraham and Ferdie were both very helpful and finding the right vehicle for us, best sales experience ever had buying a car. They were selling, but not high pressure. Genuinely wanted to help us find the right vehicle for our budget and seemed to enjoy doing so. Watch those dealer fees though.
Excellent! Abraham was an awesome Product Advisor!! In all the years we have been purchasing cars we would say he was the best car dealer we have come across! He was friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. He was not at all pushy and gave us just the right amount of space. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very conscious about not wasting any of our time. We would definitely recommend going and seeing Abraham at Toyota if you want to buy a car and we would definitely purchase a car from him again!!

A better than expected experience Abraham was extremely friendly and personable. It was a pleasure to buy a car from him because he made things easy and gave us the straight answers about the truck we were looking at and ultimately ended up leasing. We were definitely dreading the process of looking for a new vehicle but he made it painless. He was also happy to have our dog come along for the whole process. Go see Abe next time you are in the market for a new vehicle.
Very great service Went there for a maintenance on my Scion Tc 2012 and I wasn t in the market to change car but they made me a deal that I couldn t refuse.Now I drive a brand new 2015 Tc the colour I wanted for pretty much the same price I was paying for my old one.Delivery time was fast as well. If you go to JP Toyota in Victoria Abe Lee is the person to see.
Great Service We bought a used Matrix from Robert Nessel. He was helpful, thoughtful and patient. Very willing to help us and show us around and answer questions. We love our 'new' car and had a very happy experience.
Ferdie Roxas Ferdie is not only a first class salesman but continues to be attentive over a year after treating me so well. The dealership may have an equal to Ferdie but I can't believe it has a better employee.
