5 days in.....highly recommend the sporty little Scion im! I have always found dealing with car dealerships and the salespeople very intimidating and stressful but I have to say over the past 5 days Ferdie Roxas of Jim Pattison Toyota has gone a long way to helping me overcome that. He is kind and funny :-) and has a way of making everything move amazingly quickly and smoothly while listening to your needs and financial concerns. Excellent service and a fair deal. Phil Chen did an awesome job getting us two fantastic cars. I highly recommend the 2016 RAV4 limited hybrid. Everyone there went out of their way to assist us even when Phil was off (Thanks Anthony Edwards). We got a fair trade on our 2012 Prius which made the deal a no brainer. Also want to thank Paul in parts for helping me with the roof crossbars for a last minute trip (which we're on now).
