Above and Beyond I totalled my Lexus over new years, and I was in the market for a new vehicle. Originally I was just browsing, and looking to see what my options were, and then came Ferdie. An overall positive experience. All of the sales- related staff that we met while purchasing our new Toyota Tacoma were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Love our 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe Matthew helped us find a great pre-owned SUV. That we traded our car in for! And then made sure we got it all topped up and double checked the next day (We bought the car Sunday service center was closed). They gave us a loner car well the service is being done! We found Matthew so helpful and would defiantly recommend him and the Jim Pattison Toyota group! John in finances is also just so nice and really cares about the clients.
