Great service from Ferdie Roxas I bought my car yesterday from Ferdie Roxas. He was very patient and gave me a GREAT deal on a 2013 Corolla! I'm so excited for my new car. Great car, knowledgeable staff, excellent service I got a new Prius C from Ferdie Roxas. He's been there a long time and he knows his vehicles...and his Customers. He took the time to find...and then to go pick up the make and color of vehicle I wanted. After that, his colleagues, Marcel & John, took care of the logistics and finance, so that I was in and out in 3 hours. I've been getting vehicles from Pattison for 15 years and I'll be back again.
Great Car, Excellent Service. Last week my wife and I purchased a new 2016 Toyota Camry from Jim Pattison Toyota. Our sales representative was Lee Henwood. We are most pleased with the professional service that we received. We would not hesitate to recommend Lee to our friends when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Lee was most helpful and worked very hard to get us a great deal. This is our fourth Toyota. We would like to think of ourselves as loyal to the brand.
Great cars service poor and ridiculously expensive Asked for and received quote of $95.00 for oil and lube and inspection gave mileage. Arrived at dealer without quote and was given quote of $700.00 advised that that was several times more than quote,they then said their included flushing of rad and transmission. Stated that lube and inspection would ONLY be $198 as I didn't have quote agreed and paid this amount. From the moment I mentioned the quote they wanted copy and name.
