Fair. Great service The whole dealership gave us fair, professional treatment. However it was our salesman Rob Nessel who above and beyond. Patient, friendly and fair are words I would use to describe him. Robert came to the dealership twice on his days off to help me out, and he picked me up at home to drive me to the dealership for a test drive. I was very happy with Roberts service, and with the fairness of the dealership as a whole.
Love our Rav4! Every time I walk up to the car I am so glad we went to Toyota. This is my first new car ever and I wanted to be sure. I felt badly for taking their time but every time we went they were happy to show the car to us. I even took it for 2 test drives and just sat in it a couple of times and never felt pressured. Super helpfull I started inquiring about purchasing a used vehicle through there online chat. I was redirected to a sales representative named Colin, he was very helpfull and went as far as giving me his personal cell number so I could reach him at my convenience, from there all my questions were answered without delay via text throughout the day. All in all very good customer service

Excellent service, great product knowledge, and very helpful Might be a little late with the review but after nearly 6 months on a new lease for my new Tacoma, the truck is terrific. The sales rep, Abraham Lee, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful with making it all work within my needs and budget. My wife and I ended up buying a Rav 4 a couple days later. Great shop and good staff. Make sure to ask for Abraham Lee when you are looking for a new vehicle.

Service I was directed to No. 6 when I brought my car in. A detailed explanation of the service to be done including the replacement of 4 tires was given to me in detail. Unfortunately, I did not notice the representative's name tag, however, when I returned he immediately gave me all the information as to what had been done and escorted me to the payment office. Buying a vehicle I recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Caravan. The product adviser, Ferdie Roxas, was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He made the experience of trading in my old vehicle and purchasing another one a very pleasant experience. As well, everyone I dealt with in the dealership was very friendly and helpful.
