Thanks Ferdie! My parents (2012 Rav 4) and my brother (2014 Highlander) all bought there brand new cars from toyota. Now I know why because of the excellent service they provide! Special thanks to Mr. Ferdie who help me a lot in purchasing my new 2015 Camry XSE. Awesome purchase experience - 2012 Sienna Limited FANTASTIC! About a decade ago it was "love at first Sienna" for my wife and I, as we drove one (rental vehicle) to Mt. Happy Day I found everyone at the Jim Patterson Dealership to inviting and helpful. They have a great lounge for you to wait in, free coffee and you can even get food. Great experience and wonderful service I bought a bright blue 2004 5 speed Toyota Echo on Easter Sunday. I found this little gem while surfing the Internet the night before. I called the dealership Easter morning and talked to Ferdie. On the phone, he came across as friendly and very knowledgeable. Excellent service - highly recommend. I just bough a brand-new SCION from Abraham Lee and the team at METRO TOYOTA. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Abraham understood my needs perfectly and was able to match my limited budget to a car I really like. The car was for my business - and the dealer went out of it's way to deliver the car with my company's logo on the side - at no extra cost.
