Great Experience My husband Tom and I met with Dan Stewart at the Victoria Toyota location and really appreciated his honesty and genuineness and ended up purchasing a 2015 Toyota Tundra, although we hadn't intended to purchase one until the fall. Happy to return Twelve years ago I bought a Camry from Ferdie Rojas, an excellent and informative salesman. It was a pleasure to deal with both him and Rikk Nieuwenhout back then, and it remained so when I bought a new car from them yesterday. Over the years the service department have always been honest and professional, and maintained my vehicle very well, which is why I never even considered buying anything but a Toyota.
Maintenance notification faulty Twice I have received email maintenance notifications saying I have not had my car serviced for 9 months. In each case, the last service was 3 months ago. The dealership has not responded to either of my complaints about this and just shrugs it off. Don't trust the service notices! This is either incompetency or a scam.
