Great service We have just bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown Dealership past month. Our sales representative Mike was extremely nice and helpful. Mike kept us up to date as to the status of car arrival, for the vehicle had to be brought in from elsewhere. Unfortunately, when the car arrived, there was a small dent on the car. No Problem. Everything First Rate Recently I bought (leased actually) a 2016 SCION IM, black with black exterior. The car is wonderful, loaded with all the usual goodies and gadgets, a beautiful ride, and frankly, it looks and feels like a car in a much higher price range. Fair & Accommodating In my search for a compact SUV I was interested in a RAV4, Tiguan and Rogue. VW and Nissan missed the mark in the worst way possible, by not identifying my needs. Great Transaction Hassle free transaction with Chris Graham and Andrew and the staff. I am from the Okanagan and was looking for a new 2016 Tacoma for my son who lives in Poco.. I was given Chris's name and number by a friend and he did not disapoint.
