We met John Lau in 1994 as we were lost going back to Richmond. Tourist at the time but when we migrate later we look for John Lau and bought a Previa van and over the years many more vehicles wherever dealership he works. Send him lots of referral too. He is very friendly, giving us honest advise and never upsell us. Strongly recommend him if you are looking for a Toyota

No Fuss Professional Service! I have just returned home from a service recall involving my 2005 Toyota Corolla.
