Great Staff/Servicw I read recently bought a new RAV4 at Jim Pattison Downtown Toyota. I bought the car directly through Sales Management but his sales support and front office staff were exceptional. Anna in financing was quick and efficient and Simon (sales assistant) helped me select my options and made pick-up of the car very pleasant. He set up my radio for desired stations, Bluetooth for my phone and showed me how all the new, fancy features worked. Great sales and service experience Just purchased a new Highlander from Downtown Toyota. Excellent sales service from Gord Robertson and Jake McMahon. Had the vehicle back earlier this week to have some accessories installed and again excellent service from service advisor Shawna Chandra and staff. The place definitely has a great feel to it.
Great Service at a Fair Price I bought my new Camry XSE from Pattison's because of past positive experiences with Manager, Doug Lum. The vehicle I had pre-selected was immediately available for delivery. The purchase and orientation experience was pleasant and comprehensive. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Mr. Lum.

Great dealership with awesome service I just recently bought a pre-owned Sienna SE form Downtown Toyota, at the new location Broadway/Hemlock. Our sale rep Eddie Tsung, maintained a calming, professional and patient influence through our whole transaction. I'm very happy with Eddie's ability to inform us about our vehicle which had just came into the dealership. The worst service I've ever experienced. My car was cleaner before the service. Also, Bryan, the representative, is quite disrespectful.

Got financed for a car I love. Unhappy about the doc fee and high PPSA fee. If you buy from here make sure to go over all the fees. I assumed to much and was just excited to get a newer ride.
