Kevin provides terrible customer service. Represents this otherwise awesome dealership terribly. I came in for maintenance left with a entune not working now he’s blaming me for it.

I recently bought a vehicle and had it delivered to Calgary (actually N of Airdrie) and it cost me almost twice what I was quoted without notifying me or giving me any other options. I had asked for a Bill of Sale twice after paying in full and never actually received a BOS (first I got one that wasn't signed, then one signed in the wrong spot!) till a week after getting my car. Therefore I couldn't register or drive it. I love the car but found the whole process was very frustrating.

Rude employee -never again! Rude employee Photis wouldn't give me the time of day. Very annoyed by lack of service. Would recommend nobody goes to this laughing stock of a dealership.

Great place to test drive, but terrible purchasing process This is a great place to go and test drive vehicles as the atmosphere is free from any sales pressure, however if you’re looking to actually buy a vehicle, there are plenty of better dealership that offer a smoother sales process without wasting your time. Also do not bother asking any technical questions to the sales associate as they will either make up an answer or not know the correct answer (This was for about 90% of our questions). Liar Liar I came to this dealership completely prepared to purchase a higher end Tundra, Daren was the salesman who I dealt with, and our conversation quickly declined when I called him on not just one, two, or even three lies.... but more.
