Excellent Customer Experience I enjoyed my recent experience of purchasing a new vehicle from Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown. The salesman, Simon Nei took the time to explain the transaction from beginning to end. I never felt any presssure to buy the car that day. I arrived at about 10 am to view the car and was back home by 1:30 pm with the new car. The whole experience went very soomtly.
Fantastic purchase experience with Mike and Chris I bought my new 2018 4Runner Limited a few weeks ago from Mike and Chris at Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown. Mike was very professional and very knowledgeable about the 4Runner. He showed us the different trim levels and the different features and options on them. Outstanding Shopping Experience! Mike LaFontaine and the staff at Downtown Toyota made purchasing my new Tacoma a breeze. Mike was very knowledgable on the product and helped me navigate the multitude of packages available. We arrived at a fair price without any games and he organized the parts and service departments to have the accessories I added to the truck installed on time and without error. Everybody at the dealership was courteous and professional!
