The usual excellent service. I dropped into Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown to see what was available as I needed a new car having lost my old one in a mva. Excellent service at an overly busy time! The desired model was located and prepared for delivery during a peak time of sales, Daren Rodillas treated us royally and efficiently and we were satisfied with the offered trade-in allowance considering that the old Honda Odyssey had an intermittent faulty nav system!
