Outstanding Service I went to Richmond Toyota where I was treated like an inconvenience. Then I went to Broadway and was given friendly, open, honest, outstanding service. Exceptional Service-Love my Prius Mike La Fontaine was extremely helpful and attentive. He made my car buying experience so easy that not once did I question if I was getting the best deal and service. Very high quality service I am very pleased to announce that I have a super red Toyota RAV4 after I recently visited this Toyota dealership in downtown . Simple and quick with good customer service Darren was our sales representative. He was kind and kept in touch with on regarding questions, comments or concerns. Darren was upfront regarding all costs associated to our purchase, and made our trade-in to new vehicle purchase as seamless as possible. The car was clear and ready to take off of the lot on the day we had arranged to do so. Would highly recommend this dealership and would highly recommend Darren as a sales rep to deal with.

Amazing experience We love this dealership! We had such a positive experience every step of the way, from working with Chris Graham on selecting the perfect vehicle for us, to dealing with Anna Jim in finance. We got a thorough walk through and really felt like they cared about us knowing the most we could about our new vehicle. They even made sure my phone was connected to the Bluetooth system before we drove off the lot! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Hands down the best I have worked with.
