Our neighbours bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Rav4 from you (they had ordered a 2022 but the delay was so great you substituted the newer model) and picked it up in early February. They forgot to put oil in my motor. I drove down the street realize my oil light was on. I don’t suggest anyone to go there.
Bought a 2021 Rav 4 TRD in April of this year from Jackson's Toyota. The windshield on the vehicle has cracked (from the seal at the bottom) there is no impact or externally damage, and now needs to be replaced. Toyota told me it would cost $1157 to replace this faulty windshield. I spoke to the service department and my dealer (Lee Trasher) and both told me I was out of luck. Bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla off of Jackson's used lot. Brent was fun and professional and allowed us to take a limited test drive around the area. We were pleased with the feel and sound and did a quick walk around. The car had been certified at Jackson's recently which was one of our requirements. Browsing online, gave my contact info, was contacted by Andrea. I was upfront about exactly what I wanted and stated I'd buy if the opportunity presented itself. I said I heard the wait was 2-4months and she did not dispute this. She asked me to come in to have my current vehicle appraised and discuss the purchase. I made an appointment to speak to a sales manager about trading in my truck when i got to the dealership i was greeted by a sales person. I explained i was there to see a manager the sale person ignored that and proceed to try and make a deal. they took my truck to show the used car people when he came back with an offer it was thousands less then what i was offered at other dealerships in the area. the salesman tried to tell me that my truck would sit on the lot for a very long time. i know for a fact that that is a lie and... read more
It’s sad that the only thing that keeps this place going is the reputation of the vehicles. I guess that’s why they don’t value their customers. They tell you to give them top reviews yet they don’t preform that way. First time ever did a dealership sell me a dirty new vehicle. Then when you complain about it in your satisfaction survey they call to rectify it by offering gift cards for a detail of free service by the used car manager. Paid $62 taxes in for oil lube filter for 2013 Corolla at Pickering Toyota ( free car wash it included). Two months later dropped into Jackson Toyota in Barrie for exact same with same oil and filter. They charged $91 taxes in. ( No car wash lol). Almost 35 percent more. And that's all I have to say about that.
I have now attempted to buy a Prius twice from this dealership. In both cases after signing contract and ready to pay cash they couldn't manage to secure the guaranteed vehicle. Be very cautious I foolishly sold my car believing they would honour the contract. It's worth noting that neither the owner or manager could both to call me or assist with the situation after their failures.
