Andrew was very professional and did all he could to earn our business. The problem is the supply chain wait for a vehicle. The hybrid that we were hoping to purchase could have been an 8 -12 month wait and my own car would not have lasted that long. Thank you very much Andrew for going above and beyond!

I have returned to the Toyota family. I have had many cars, including Toyota previously. This time I was looking to graduate to a hybrid or plug in electric. I had been warned that I would have to order and wait 3 to 6 months, due to the pandemic and Ukraine war. When we (my wife and I) called to make an appointment, MaryAnnie our sales rep, told us there was a Rav 4 that was available for immediate purchase. Amazing service - battery on our 5 year old 4-Runner died at 5PM on a Friday night. After getting a jump we phoned Jackson's Toyota - service manager confirmed they had a battery in stock & could do the work as soon as we got there - new battery, great service from Richard Maracle & driving home by 6PM.
