Brent was awesome My parents needed to replace their vehicle and we decided on a used RAV4 ... I initiated the sale and Brent actually listened, was sensitive to how my elderly parents like to be treated and things went perfect ! Campbell Payton was amazing to work with. He is so personable and really carea for the client. He made my experience a great one. Kind, gracious and quick service! I was visiting some friends in Canada for a little over a week, but there was some bad weather and wind and my car seemed to be pulling to the right as I drove. Happy with my experience I'm currently viewing the comments and I was surprised with some of the negative responses. I came down from Sudbury to pick up a 2010 tacoma in 2012. Tara Patton/Tolmie was the sales associate I dealt with. We negotiated a price over the phone. The price was good for me and I haven't had issues with the truck.
