We will never be back to this toyota. They try to squeeze every penny they can out of you and have horrendous service. Not happy
Wasn't happy with service, they try all time to squeeze money from you. My extended warranty was still good and my IC was not working , they patched to not last long until my warranty expired by 9 k and then they told that I have to pay to fix it. Why they don't fix it properly when my warranty was still good??????
Purchased a new 2020 Highlander and rear passenger seat does not slide forward so people in the rear can't get out. Tried to book an appointment to get it checked and was told that they have no shuttle available to drop me home and they only Uber customers who are in the Barrie area. Alternatively I can rent a car from them for $30/day or as a favor they would let me wait at the dealership. I live in Innisfil, approx 15 mins from the dealership. Hidden Tricks I have changed snow tires and front breaks and bearing in this location last Friday. I booked my service half moth ago and I was requesting for Front breaks changes. I was asked whether I need to change snow tires and I asked about the price. I was told the price was $18(GOOD DEAL??) because I do the service. Terrible experience Watch out for all the extra charges they add to your purchase. They actually charge you a fee to purchase a vehicle from them the profit is not enough from just the vehicle Alan Yule and I’m very unhappy
Borderline criminal, terrible experience In March I bought a 4Runner from Jacksons Toyota Automatch. The vehicle itself is great, that’s why I bought a Toyota. The service and undisclosed damage where not. The interior was filthy; it was clear that the vehicle was being used by staff members as there were animal hairs all over the rear of the vehicle and the odometer was way off from what the vehicle info listed. Careless and Greedy Dealership I contacted this dealership about a car that I found they posted on autotrader. It took them so long to response. They also schedule a time to call me but then never called me. Also, do not buy car from this dealership because they will charge extra admin fee and incidental fees which are bs money they made up to steal more money from you. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
Deliberate damage Deliberately damaged a part on our Camry thinking we wouldn't catch it and tow it. Said two parts needed to be replaced, one we knew wasn't broken. We towed it - to our regular mechanic where we discovered they broke the part was snapped. Took pictures before and after. When we confronted them, at least their service head was stupid enough to admit on a voicemail that they broke it. Made it pretty easy for our lawyer to sue them which we are in the process of doing now, though we would have sued them anyway... read more
Terrible Service We made an appointment two weeks in advance to get what we thought was our brakes fixed. My husband had to take the day off of work to get the car to the dealership. They didn't have time to look at the vehicle that day. We had had to go to the dealership two other times in the previous month to get things fixed.
