Excellent service We were visiting Barrie from Nova Scotia and the day before we left for home (Feb 22 nd) we took our Toyota Venza for a drive and it ran very rough like it wasn't firing on all cylinders. We took it into Jackson's Toyota at 2 PM. They did a diagnostic check and found #4 cylinder injector was fouled. We had injectors flushed and by 4 PM we were on our way with the car purring nicely. Excellent Negotiation Experience I had visited 4 car dealerships Tuesday Aug 18th looking for the best deal in the small SUV segment. At Jackson's Toyota I was warmly greeted by a woman at the front door asking what I was looking for and she immediately set me up with a salesperson. The salesperson was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and took me for a test drive. I bought my Rav 4 from Jackson's Toyota. The car dealership was amazing at answering my questions, helping me pick the right vehicle for my needs, and not making me feel pressured throughout the process. They simply wanted to help me find the vehicle that would make me happy. I now get my vehicle serviced at Jackson's Toyota and love the 5 star treatment they give me while I am at the dealership. It feels like I am part of the Jackson family now! I can't recommend Jackson's Toyota enough. I will be a lifelong customer.
I visited several Toyota dealerships, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were disrespectful, cold, and unprofessional. I truly expected much better treatment and service.
The absolute worst service experience I've ever had. Warranty for a tire took over a week to resolve. Then was expected to pay for the difference in price.
Stay away from there used car lot and extended warranties, i purchased a extended rust warranty for almost $1000 and submitted 2 claims and was denied.
The young fellow ( used cars represent) laid me on a few things : Oil spray done , rust proof done and undercoating done on 2017 Toyota Highlander..I'm a Care mechanic , just retired last year after 31years in automotive.Mostly bodywork ,collisionand maintenanceI bend my knee to see the undernee of the car and sow only dry ra\usted body. Never was anything done to that vehicle before.And he still was arguing with me lol... Do NOT trust this dealer. He is just laying on everythingyou ask
