Awful Experience Terrible Experience. I walked in looking to purchase a Highlander. I walked around the showroom for nearly 10 minutes, however was not approached. The sales staff seemed to be more interested in looking at their cellphones and gossiping with one another to be bothered helping customers. Worst Car Buying Experience EVER never have I had to deal with such an incompetent dealership. First called up and asked them for a 4 door tacoma with a six food bed and told that such a thing didn't exist. Then when we got there it was like the only thing they cared about was the sale. They couldn't answer any questions that were asked and were not even listening to what was being said. Absolutely Incompetent Stay away from this dealership. Read all the negative reviews on this site and others... these comments exist because poor customer service was delivered time and time again. NO DISCLOSURE OF PREVIOUS ACCIDENT CLAIM Avoid Jacksons Toyota - their sales techniques are not open and honest. Purchased a used Tundra from Jacksons Toyota with no disclosure that the CarProof Vehicle History reported an accident claim before we bought it. This was only found out when we traded the Tundra in to buy another vehicle at another Toyota dealership. Terrible Experience! Terrible Experience, if we hadn't tried another dealership we may not have bought a Toyota, this dealership sure turned us off. Total waste of our time! Asked to look at A Toyota Sienna, used possibly new. The salesman said he had a great deal on a used one just brought in. A very unhappy customer. A vehicle of ours was taken there for a safety. They informed us the vehicle needed new front brakes and other repairs that would have brought the bill to almost $1000. Included in the repairs necessary to pass the safety was rear brake service. We had rear brake service performed on the vehicle 3 months previous to the inspection. Were they just lying to me??? Stay away from Jackson's Toyota!!! I made what i thought was a pretty good deal to buy a 4Runner from Jackson's. I could have gotten it $1500 cheaper by driving to the GTA but decided to keep my business local. A week after making the deal they told me they couldn't find a 4runner with my preferred colour and options anywhere, so would have to order one direct from assembly in Japan. 1 month later, not a singe call from Jackson's, I always had to intiate contact, and they still could not provide... read more
We have been with this dealership for a number of years and of recent have noticed that their service bills were getting very high, we started getting second opinions and really started to question the necessity of the work being performed/recomended. On two separate instances second opinion was that the work/repair was not required. It seems there is a focused effort to generate revenue through service charges.
