Told me I did not have extended warranty and air conditioning wasn’t covered. Called Toyota Canada and was told I do have and air conditioning covered! Argue with service and they agree to look at my car (CHR). Replaced compressor pick up car and a week later it’s leaking…. Oh sorry warranty expired now.
They damaged my summer rims before I even received the vehicle. Rather than replacing them, they promised three detailing sessions. They obviously did this because it saved them money. I agreed because it seemed like it was all I would get. When I tried to use them, they changed from three sessions to one, with no explanation given. I don't normally like to give negative reviews but these guys really deserve it. My son and I went in last April to purchase a brand new Toyota Corolla. Their salesman Bill indicated that it could take up to 8 months to receive it. We had heard about the supply chain issue so we thought no problem. During that time we heard very little from them. The maintain their high star rating by asking customers who are not happy to please not return and they delete your account. Found another dealer. Wonderful people and will never do bisiness with Jacksons again.
Bought my 2023 Camry at Jackson's. What a huge mistake. First off, the agent made all kinds of promises he never kept. After closing the deal (no car yet) I was taken to an office nearby where the pressure began to get useless extended warranties. Refused them all! At long last, my car was delivered, yet another frustrating experience I will not go into. By the way, take a GOOD look at your invoice before you commit! I would have loved to support local as I am from Barrie and purchase a new vehicle from here but they do not support the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company employee discount anymore. My dad worked at the Toyota factory making vehicles for over 30 years as a supervisor and we have had good experiences purchasing two vehicles at Jackson's Toyota before with this discount.
