Not a very good dealership. Manraj is very unprofessional and very rude. Bunch of idiots i will not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership.
The worst dealership I have been to ever... Talk about a bunch of crooks charging customers for diagnostic fee for the same issues when the tech can't fix the problem the First time! Horrible service ...hurting company with a bunch of staff that sit around and don't do anything but have no problem charging for fees for xxxx they can't fix.
You would think Infiniti being the more luxurious brand of Nissan would come with better service. I came in to ask if they could simply swap out my old wheel lock lugs for new ones since I lost my personal key for them. The only reason this gets two stars is because the service advisors were very friendly but im not sure if it was a parts guy or the shop foreman told me They would need to charge me for the lock set 70$ (which is fine) then an additional 50$ for labour to go through their master key set of maybe 10 keys to fi... read more
Horrible! If I could give a zero I would! I went to buy one vehicle but Sichu suggested another. He told me one price but when I came back for a test drive the price jumped $7000!!! I completely understand human error so I suggested to split the difference. That wasn’t acceptable to the manager Josh. You’d think they could take some responsibility. Maybe that’s their shady business tactics at this dealership. Buyer Beware don’t test drive a vehicle At this dealership you’ll come back to a price jump of $7000!!!
Very rude unwelcoming and condesending sales staff We have owned 3 infinitis in the past and it has been a great experience. Our sales person Rodney was extremely rude and pushy and turned us off the brand. We purchased a beamer and they have us for life

This dealership has went considerably down hill in the past few years and we will no longer be purchasing Infiniti. Their staff frequently changes, and what was once a high end dealership where you felt well taken care of has turned into a typical “car sales/service” experience where you leave feeling used. In my recent visit I caught them in two separate lies and left without my vehicle being fixed. Even though they had it for 7+ hours. No transparency. I would strongly advise anyone to AVOID this dealership!
If I could give them less than 1 starI would. They wrecked my engine and the paint on my car. Worst people/service ever! Crooks!!
