Purchased a new Infiniti QX60 in October—my second QX60 because I loved my 2013 model. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing like the first. Their Premium Service is VERY poor. I have had my vehicle in to this dealership numerous times to help me fix an issue, and they turned me away claiming that they could not help me due to ‘no code showing’. My husband went to the dealership in Leduc Alberta and they worked diligently to help us and they eventually found a possible solution in a bulletin that was put out in 2024 - stating that my problem was in fact a software issue! Brutal group! No ethics. Total rip off dealership. Simran Singh sales totally lied about mechanical condition of vehicle. Took vehicle to a certified mechanic as noticed there was not much cold air from A/C turns out the car needs work totally over 10 hours in labour plus all the parts. General sales manager tried blaming us for the damage after having the vehicle for 2 days and only putting on 200 km since purchase. Service manager had zero input. Less than a month and my vehicle is malfunctioning this is now the second time
If I could give this a 0 star I would. Probably the worst dealership that I've ever experienced. I listed out all the issues that I experienced to another salesman, and just got ignored.
Dishonest! !! They take a used $17,000 vehicle and tell you about all these extras and give the impression they are covered under the warranty package you purchase. But then once the complete them you find out they cost you an extra $10,000. So now your final sale price is double! $35,009!!!! For a used vehicle! They scam people! Stay clear!!!
My Wife wanted to take a look at a QX50 and They decided we must be shmucks, we saw a QX50 we liked and sat down with their salesman and found out it was waaay over our price range so we took a look at a used one. They had it waay too over priced for what it was worth in my opinion! It had side window damage, paint damage, and was really basic. DO NOT think of heading to this dealership. They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. This dealership is not even BBB accredited which should tell you a lot. Look up Infiniti South BBB and you can read their profile. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my lifetime and have never seen anything like this.
