Great dealership, friendly staff. Service section is well maintained. Good inventory of cars overall. One of the dealership in Edmonton. Definitely recommended to visit for purchase.
Basically the dealership is great. Service area is really good. It's clean and set up to deal with covid. Usually coffee etc while you wait but it's been shut down due to covid. This type of dealership is a big reason I purchased an Infinity vehicle.
We recently purchased a QX60 from Dakota Stout at Ericksen Infiniti and were so pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. We bought it sight unseen and even made a deal to trade in our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. We sent him pictures of our vehicle, made the deal on the phone and drove from High River to pick up the vehicle. He listened to our needs and sold us a 2020 QX60 with only 5000 km. Dealership has a bright and airy showroom. Nice vehicles inside with information at the ready. Made to feel welcome, which, for a large family is a rarity any more.
I am very happy, no issues. Tire pressure needs to be checked upon pick up, but this issue is minimal and I have no issues with Infiniti
I dealt with Mr Raiz Khan and Mr Roray to buy Audi Q5 ,both guys were very helpful and great . I rate both of them #5/5 .though there was an Indian sales manger that was too rude to deal with 0/5 . Anyways I'll record the dealership .overall I had a great experience .
I love to take my care there, as they are great friendly staff with excellent working. Even my car feels good after service and I love it how its driving changes😊
