I am never disappointed with Infiniti South ... or in my Q50S. (except the tires do not do it justice) I do hope Infinti is working hard to add more features to the next Q50. It is falling behind cars that cost less. (Acura has a heads up display and a great system that records music as you play it from a CD/USB and even allows you to edit the songs. For the person who had their engine cleaned ... they did a great job on mine too.
We purchased a used car from Riaz Khan on the weekend and we were really pleased with his service. He was pleasant (played along with our sense of humour), found the answers to our questions quickly, he was available on Monday when we picked up the car - overall great guy to deal with.

This dealership is a cut above the rest. I have dealt with bmw, lexus and lincoln dealerships in Edmonton over the past decade for servicing of all my luxury vehicles. But they cannot compare to the staff at Infiniti south. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. The end result is always better than expected!
original purchase I had no issues with the sales person that I dealt with was very accommodating as was the sales manager who was apologetic as hes said he had just arrived a couple days prior but if there was any assistance that was need he and his sales team were there to assist
Amazing customer service It was an awesome experience I had in south Edmonton infinity dealership,the staff were friendly and approachable ,I did not have any stress ,the staff were with us in every step we took towards our new QX80.Initially I had an appointment with ericken infinity in west Edmonton ,it was an awful experience there, felt like I was there as a begger.if any one wants to buy a infinity I would recommend south Edmonton infinity dealership.Dima and Anin,keep up the amazing work

Purchased a vehicle in February, come spring the AC doesn’t work. Contacted Rodney the salesman, he said they would take care of it for me. Drop the car off, they say they won’t fix it because it worked when I bought it… typical run around! AC compressor doesn’t turn on at minus 30°c and then the service advisor tells me that AC’s need to be recharged every 4 years!!! Rodney was the salesman that we purchased the vehicle through was good to deal with. When we moved on to the finance dept it was a bit of another story. He started to try to sell us the 3 m coating ,undercoating and glass protection. We said no at which time he started to discount things , we kept saying no but he did not seem to like the answer.
