IDIOTS!!! ZEROOOOOO STARS!!! Our salesman (Mo) was fine to deal with but the infiniti South Edmonton sales managers are complete idiots and have zero business sense. I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealer, they absolutely would not budge on the price, so I left. Services to used car bought was non existent As other has set it, I bought a used car, experience was common to any dealer, they showed that services did their Infiniti inspection and such, well afterwards when I had time to look under the hood, there were a lot of things I didn't like, they took the car later to address them, but why the client has to start searching for the bad stuff for them to fix them. I do NOT recommend this dealer. I have had MULTIPLE problems with the QX56 I bought a year ago. For the most part they begrudgingly fixed many of the problems because I bought the worthless “bumper to bumper” (which is anything but) warranty i was sold by a slimy finance mgr, but got all the standard excuses along the way like others are reporting here! They take your money, and wont refund! They seemed all honest and nice when first went to the dealership. The salesman told us that in order to hold the vehicle we needed to put a deposit on the car that we would get refunded no matter what came of the application. Then they pulled a shady move after we decided not to trade and go ahead with the application. Tried to get the refund back and they did everything to take our money and not return it. Should really change their name to "Fly By Night". Please bare with the length of this review as the whole nightmare lasted more then 30 days. Robbed me Hi, last year August I bought a 2011 Volkswagen gti from “Infiniti south” in Edmonton Alberta. So I bought it with 172,xxxkm and for good reasons I got the extended warranty. With in a day of me driving it off the dealership Lott I got a “high oil pressure” light come on and I took it back, turns out it needed a new engine, I wasn’t that upset because I spent $8k on this warranty. Unfriendly, unreliable Really good service when you go to buy it... ZERO after sales follow-up or support. Once they have your signature and money they dont care what happens. The managers seem to be less helpful than the actual sales staff. I recommend to ANYONE looking for a vehicle to find another dealership with management who are good on their word.
