Avoid! ! There are dealerships that are good on their word. this is not one of them!! I bought a car in 2020. They pushed a warranty on me, and told me that if I don't use it, I get my money back. I even had the gal initial the paper that she gave me. Well 3 years later, and I called the warranty information line, and was told that I paid 2199.00 plus GST for protection on my rims....Not even close to what the dealership told me. Would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership. A smile and a hand shake means nothing. Told us we had 30 day warranty. Engine light came on 2 weeks after we bought it and then said they have no 30 day warranty. Thanks RB
We are out 20k after buying a car from this place . We had a verbal agreement which changed when we got there , bullied into signing off on warranty . Check engine light came on as soon as we hit the highway . I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a used vehicle from this dealership worst experience we have ever had and we have had some bad ones . In April 2021 I purchased a car from this dealership. I traded my truck in and they transferred my plates to the newly purchased car. Fast forward 1 year and I wanted to put a new license plate on my car only to discover they had used improper screws to attach the existing plate to the mounting bracket on the trunk. This issue stripped the mounting plate and it must be replaced. Unfortunately I have had nothing but run around with excuses and taking no responsibility for the error. Their technician did this. This dealership insists upon badgering you to fill out a questionnaire every single time you walk through their door for any kind of service. It is really quite bothersome after a while.
This is my second vehicle in 6 years and I have always been very satisfied with everyone at the dealership ... with the exception of the man who sold me the car. I just found out that a costly omission by the salesman who sold me the car was not noted in the contract. Part of the deal was a 4 year free maintenance agreement. He's no longer there (quelle surprise) so he can't be challenged with his mistake. The negotiations with him went very well but from there on in he was very terrible at his job. Horrible business practices, the finance person lies to get clients into the door and openly admits to it. The sales person that I dealt with was good.

Worst experience of my life. Treated me like I was a criminal and interrogated me until I signed papers , told them to give me my car keys back but said ...no no, we will talk some more. Told me they couldn't get the car I wanted but told my boyfriend they they could get it for him. I did ask them if they treated me like this because I was a female, to which I got no response.I gave them a$1000 so I could do an overnight test drive and they called me 3 times to see when it was coming back.
