I recently purchased a used Audi from Infiniti South Edmonton, multiple issues that came up that would never get me back in this business. 1. After not accepting my initial offer I agreed to pay their asking price, and as advertised on their websites there are not additional fee's, the price you see if what you pay plus tax. The dealer tried to push an additional $800 on top for their EI certification, oil change, gas, detailing, and window etching. One of the worst customer service that I experienced as far back as I can remember. The sale person came across as professional though, But another guy he called his manager, was absolutely Horrible to deal with. He had no personality, kept on lying again and again & absolutely unethical business practices. I am surprised he actually has a job in customer service, that too of a manager. Every time I’ve called … starting position is bring the car in so we can take a look … and of course charge you a service fee. All about racking up billable time … wouldn’t go to that dealership.. other options available

The worst experience ever. Complete Fraud. Did the deposit of $1000 towards the purchase but they still end up selling the vehicle to someone else. The manager MANRAJ didn’t bother to take the call and explain and to add further the General Manager MIKE instead of owning to the mistake made the situation worst by not handling appropriately. Waste of time! Went to go buy a used car (Subaru) that was advertised on the go auto website. Boyfriend was declined & they asked for a co-signer. I co-signed, they did the credit check & said it was so good, they are going for a better deal. They called back & said we could only get the Subaru if it was on my name only. But my boyfriend can get a new infinity! We didn't want an infinity & no sales person talked about buying an infinity prior. Sorry no deal. I do not even know where to start with the service for this place. I have never been treated in such a way, they lied about everything. Everything they promised us after we sighed the papers they did not uphold. They are the most racist people I have ever met in my life, every time I take my car it’s an argument of you can’t get this maybe we can do this. When speaking of lower interest rates, the salesman rolled his eyes at me. (Eddie Kaushal) He also did not wear his mask over his nose, but that was the least of my concerns. I saw three different cars on their used car lot. One Q50 had rust, another Q50 had their fender scratched up and in need of an extreme buff and repaint. Very bad experience with this dealership infinity south.sales agent eddy.finance doug.sales manager manraj.they are liar cheater just to sell a car i will not recomend this to any one specially to kababayans.our deposit is not refundable because eddy make a bill of sale and let my wife sign it without knowing it.its very sad that my wife trust him and he cheated onus in return.doug also in the finance submit the application without clearing the deal to us.ang manraj support them by saying he cannot do anything to refund the ... read more
