First car purchase in 12 years This was my first experience with Heffner Toyota. Simply put, I was impressed. I have never seen a used car lot with so many good looking cars. Great Salesmanship Hilal Pervaiz is a true professional. I’ve not purchased a Heffner pre-owned vehicle before but having met Hilal I’ll be back for my next car. He is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He took car of every detail. I LOVE MY RAV 4 and that’s thanks to HILAL.
Very Accomodating: We have been using Heffner Toyota Service Department for many years and we continue to be impressed with there Customer Service. The area provided for customers to wait for their vehicle is second to none. (Cafe, TV Lounge, Computer Lounge) The Service Advisor was very pleasant and helpful.
Collision Repair People were excellent to deal with and professional. The repair looks fantastic. If necessary in the future,I would definitely consider having Heffners do any repairs.
