Great experience with Jake when we purchased our Corolla Hybrid. His "no pressure" approach and outstanding respect he's always shown to his customers are exemplary. I bought a used Rav4 at Heffner Toyota with Matt Bishop as the salesman. Matt was extremely professional and thorough while he explained all the features. This is the 3rd vehicle that my family has bought from Matt and we couldn't be more pleased.
Purchasing a new vehicle was a good experience. Staff was very curtious, Matt took time to explain, even when there was a lot to take in. Told us if anything that we didn't understand to call, very patient. David helped us to get the right warranty pkg.that suited our specifications also. Would recommend this dealership.
