Oil replacement, engine and cabin filter change and it costed me $199 for Corolla 2014. I called to check if service is completed and they confirmed to pick it but when I reached there, it was not ready. Too much trouble for me. Very bad experience.
I have been a customer for over 10 years and today, when I went in for an oil change, I was disappointed with the service. I was not informed that my car was ready. I waited over 900 minutes before I went up to the service desk to ask why my car was not ready. The service attendance informed me that I had been paged. Greedy and excessive repair rates. Discriminatory service. My car was under warranty for one more month. A noise while braking prompted me to take my car to Heffner. I was reminded that I did not buy my car at Heffner; the implication was that I was not a customer of Heffner and therefore, I was not treated as well as a buying customer. Shady business tactic - don't give them your business I went to Heffner Toyota to look at a car that I saw advertised on Autotrader just today. I'd been looking for this particular year, make and model car every day for the last week and didn't see this ad listed until today. Make yourself comfortable. You’re not going anywhere fast I took my company vehicle here on a Saturday to get new winter tires. I was assured it would take 1.5 hours to complete the job (which seemed long). I waited for 1.75 hours and finally asked how much longer. I was told it would be at least another hour. Insurance Was strongly encouraged to use Heffner by my Insurance company. I dropped the car off on Saturday. Monday at 4pm I called to ensure they had the car. No one answered in Collision. I was put on hold several times and had to call back on Tuesday as no one returned my call. Was unable to get a copy quote out of them. Even after they said the would email. Failed to do recall service My Sienna dumped all its oil on the road and needed to be towed. I found there had been a recall on the oil hose years ago that I was never notified about. I had the vehicle in for service at Heffner Toyota on multiple occasions during that period. Toyota confirmed that the dealer should have notified me and done the recall service free of charge. Instead Toyota compensated me for the cost of the tow, and I had the hassle and cost of an emergency car rental.
Poor service Employees dnt know much about car and they really dnt care if you wanna buy or no. Overall worst customer service. All i can say is buy from other dealer who can help you out in what you want to buy.
