Terrible attitude from sales people I was trying to negotiate to buy a fx 50 s and they wanted my credit card over the phone, I don't live close to Guelph, about 50 mins away. Wanted to make sure before I drive down that they can work with my numbers that I presented over the phone. Called the next day and vehicle has gone. Horrible staff and services Recently bought a 2012 titian from these clowns. Once they have your cash they disappear. Tried passing truck off to us full of scratches, warped routers, broken tail lights as long as a long list of small stuff we were promised would be fixed and wasn't. Took the truck back to have scratches removed and they went through over half a tank of fuel. We then proceed to complain , there fix was a tank of fuel a free wash and wax and a free oil change. 11 Days to Take Delivery of New (Used) Rogue We made the deal to purchase a used 2015 Rogue on February 9, and won't be taking delivery until Feb 20. We didn't hear from the dealership until February 12 to finalize delivery arrangements. The Business Manager advised he tried to email and it came back, guess he hasn't heard of a phoned. We live 140 kilometers from Guelph and cannot get there during the next week, but cannot understand why they could not have the car serviced for Feb 13, that still gave them 3 full days after ... read more
Ready to buy Went for test drive (g37x) loved it, down payment ready, only one problem.... Brake pedal touch the floor before stopping ... Told the sales rep ... He said car had been serviced and nothing was wrong with the brakes....I disagreed and only will purchase if the brakes where changed... Missing part BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Once they got your money forget anyone will help you. I just bought used Infinite JX35 couple of days ago and I have a missing part in a car they said it happened after I bought the car and blamed me for it. I told him I don't think it happened after (since I called them day after I received the car), plus it looks like the part has been missing for a while since there is lots of dust in the place where the part is missing. Impossible - how car dealers get a bad rep After they got our money and closed the deal it became impossible to speak with anyone at this dealership. No one would return a phone call. Worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing from.
extremely disappointed They do NOT honour their agreements. When I purchased my vehicle a LIFETIME free oil change was part of the agreement, NOW they tell me they WILL NOT honour the agreement..... SUCKS
Lifetime oil changes - no more We purchased a 2007 Altima and receiver free lifetime oil changes as part of the closing deal. Just called to book our next scheduled oil change and was told that they will no longer honour the lifetime oil changes. Not sure how lifetime expires. Will never go back to this dealership, ever.
Went for a test drive.... I walked in to the dealership looking to buy a Nissan Pathfinder with some interest in the Murano as well. I took the Murano out for a test drive and was unable to to test drive a Pathfinder as they did not have one for me to test drive. They said they would contact me the next day to arrange a test drive and its been over a week since.
